Healing the world one story at a time.

Transforming the landscape of Mental Health: A New Narrative

Our Vision:

We envision a world where mental wellness is fueled by courage, collaboration, creativity, and connection. Through bold initiatives and immersive experiences, we are reimagining how we think, treat, and talk about mental illness—turning personal healing into movements of change.

Reimagining Mental Health: A New Narrative

At Mental Health Reimagined, we transform the mental health landscape through bold, dynamic initiatives that ignite change. Fueled by C4—Creativity, Connection, Collaboration, and Courage—we create spaces for collective healing and growth. By challenging stigma and inspiring new ways of thinking about mental wellness, we empower individuals to become the heroes in their own stories.

Our inaugural initiative, The Bridges Project, is more than a campaign—it’s a model for collective healing and growth. By turning triggers into triumph, stories into string, and bridges into symbols of hope, we are reimagining how communities come together to support each other. This innovative, collaborative approach fosters lasting connections through immersive storytelling, interactive experiences, and the healing arts that build bridges from systemic illness to personal and planetary wellness.

Get Involved

While our work is dynamic and bold, we never sacrifice compassion. Every campaign and initiative is designed to honor the dignity, experiences, and needs of every participant and community partner.

When we heal ourselves we heal the world.

Our Founder

As a person who silently navigated life with an undiagnosed mental illness, suicide attempts, generational shame & trauma.  Amy's passion is to PROMOTE mental illness and change how we think, treat, and TALK about mental health.

Amy brings a lifetime of personal experience with mental illness to this organization. As a suicide attempt survivor, she understands the isolation of stigma and the struggle for access to care.

Unable to afford medication or consistent therapies due to cost and systemic failures, she had to find her own light in the darkness. Energy medicine was that light.

After 40+ years, she is successfully navigating her mental illness.

Throughout her wellness journey, she witnessed firsthand the transformative power alternative healing modalities had on creating lasting change in her mental health, especially Reiki (energy medicine) and storytelling.

Amy understands that shame and fear are huge barriers to asking for help and personal resilience.

She has dedicated her life to eliminating shame from our personal stories by building energetic bridges from our labels to our superpowers.

It's okay not to be OK. Being human is hard.  You are not alone.

With over 48,000 people dying by suicide just last year. These numbers are not going down, instead our loved ones continue to die by suicide.

It's time to bring energy medicine and healing arts into the mental health system of care and save lives.
