Creating Safe Spaces for Collective Healing
Creating Safe Spaces for Collective Healing
Mental Health Reimagined is a small, grassroots nonprofit creating safe, welcoming spaces for people to connect with themselves and each other through weaving and the healing arts.
Our programs — Threads to Hope and The Bridges Project —
offer simple, accessible ways to build connection,
and create new pathways to healing.
To provide education, promote mental wellness, and reduce stigma through the transformative power of the healing arts.
We envision a world where no one feels alone in their struggles — where the healing arts are integrated into mental health care, and healing becomes something we do together.
We value kindness, lead with compassion, and bring our C4 energy — courage, collaboration, creativity, and connection — into everything we do.
Mental Health Reimagined is led by founder Amy Campbell and supported by community partners, volunteers, and organizations who believe in the power of connection and the healing arts.

Mental Health Reimagined was founded by Amy Campbell, an award-winning mental health advocate, storyteller, and healing arts practitioner.
As a suicide attempt survivor who spent years without access to affordable mental health care, Amy had to find her own path to healing.
Growing up without the language to express intense emotions, she often felt overwhelmed and alone — an experience many people still carry today. This is why MHR’s programs focus on simple, hands-on tools that help people express themselves gently and feel more connected to others.
Her lived experience inspires MHR’s mission to make emotional support more accessible, creative, and community-based — and to create the kinds of safe, compassionate spaces she once needed but could not find.
