Mental Wellness through Courage, Creativity, and Connection
The Bridges Project is our flagship initiative—a traveling exhibit that uses art, storytelling, and community engagement to END Suicide and eliminate the stigma surrounding it.
We create brave, art-filled spaces where communities can talk openly about suicide and mental health—without shame.
Each installation includes a day of immersive healing arts programming—from creative arts workshops to energy work—
Everything we bring to your space fosters reflection, connection, and collective healing.
Our traveling looms collect courageous messages throughout the community—weaving stories of hope, resilience, and healing into every thread. Your story matters, this is an interactive activity connects your story to a string and weaves a way across the bridge.
This year, we’re gathering 40 looms that will form the foundation of our final bridge instillation, premiering May 2026 at Queen City Art.
Each loom is part of a living tapestry of unity and collective healing—
As part of The Bridges Project and beyond, Mental Health Reimagined hopes to expand access to the healing arts by providing programming in community spaces—coordinating workshops in Reiki, expressive arts, and mindfulness.
THrough the Bridges Projgect we pay skilled facilitators and offer all workshops free or at reduced rates to the public, creating access to healing for those who may not otherwise have it.
It’s part of our larger mission to integrate the healing arts into the future of mental health care. Together, we create immersive experiences that support emotional release, reflection, and collective healing.
Your tax-deductible donation helps us do more than raise awareness—it helps us create healing spaces rooted in the healing arts, pay our facilitators, offer free workshops to the public, and partner with community spaces to bring suicide prevention, education, and emotional support to where it’s needed most.
Today and every day, we remember the lives lost to suicide and aim to raise awareness to prevent future tragedies. With over 50,000 deaths by suicide this year alone in the US, it's more important than ever to support one another and recognize the signs of those struggling. You are not alone!
If you or someone you know needs help, please call the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988—you’re not alone.
